- Strawberry Cheesecake- Caramelised white Chocolate, sweet strawberry pate de fruit, cream cheese ganache, feuilletine biscuit base.
- Lemon & Elderflower - White chocolate shell, filled with lemon curd, lemon ganache and topped with Elderflower ganache.
- Raspberry Bakewell - Almond paste topped with Raspberry pate de fruit dipped in 70% Dark Valrhona chocolate - Dairy Free
- Oregano & Sea Salt 65% Dark chocolate ganache infused with Oregano from my garden.
- Dark Choc- Mint Truffle - Fresh mint picked from my garden combined with Dark chocolate - a well loved classic!

Inside you will find a step by step instructions to help guide you through making your chocolate creations, and that all important stage of how to temper chocolate to re-create more chocoates time and time again.
My Chocolate making kit also includes piping bags, transfer sheets, lollipop sticks, greaseproof paper, a gift box, biodegradable bags, ribbons & ties for an extra professional touch. You can choose to keep your chocolate creations for yourself or gift to a loved one.
