I’m a Chocolatière passionate about crafting handmade chocolates and sharing the joy of chocolate-making through my workshops.
My Story
My journey to becoming a chocolatière has taken me around the world. Before setting up my own business, I became Head Chocolatière at Gilles Desplanches in Geneva, Switzerland followed up with a long stint at The Chocolate Society in Mayfair and Belgravia, London. My chocolate sculptures have graced the more glamorous shops and confectioners of Geneva, London and the UK.
I was delighted to be introduced to Willie of Willies Cacao and help him to develop his first chocolate bars during my long stay at his Venezeulan plantation. Harvesting cocoa, drying and roasting cocoa beans and taking part the first stages of making chocolate from Tree to Bar in the cloud forest was truly magical adventure. My Chocolate Philosophy
My chocolates are made without preservatives or artificial flavours. I can also create vegan, dairy-free and lactose-free chocolates, and most are suitable for gluten-intolerant diets.
My chocolate boxes are designed with the enviroment in mind. By using minimal packaging we reduce waste and conserve resources, each box is simple, elegant and sustainable - because great taste doesn't need extra wrapping!
